*** This position does not require guidance of students, and is not managed in a school mode, which is different from the general work of teaching assistants. Please pay attention.***

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the instructor in setting up the venue and ensure a clean and orderly teaching environment
Ensure classroom files are complete, including teaching materials, student lists, and other relevant information
Photography and video recording during class
As a bridge between the instructor and the customer, responsible for accurate communication and assistance to the instructor in reaching the designated teaching location
Handle classroom emergencies and report to the company in a timely manner
Responsible for teaching tool delivery, sorting and maintenance, ensuring teaching resources are properly used
Ensure the classroom runs smoothly
Handle temporary work demands, as well as other related matters assigned by the company
Need to be able to flexibly adjust work hours on weekdays, suitable for slashers who have other freelance jobs

Requirements:

Minimum secondary six or equivalent academic qualifications
Good communication in Cantonese and English
Mature and stable, loyal and reliable, punctual, responsible, flexible, and patient, as well as good communication skills
Able to handle work independently and collaborate with a team

Job Nature and hours:

Part-time cooperative work, working hours and location will be determined according to the course schedule, and colleagues will be allowed to register and select earlier before the work, and try to attend on time after selection.
Need to prepare teaching materials and related documents in advance, teaching materials need to be sufficient, complete, and clean. If it is a door-to-door class, ensure that teaching materials arrive at the customer's venue before the class and are returned to the company in full.
It is best if you are a freelancer yourself, and you can flexibly and autonomously adjust your time from Monday to Sunday. Those who live in Tseung Kwan O or near Tseung Kwan O are preferred.
