Job Responsibilities

Regularly conduct formative and summative assessments, analyze student learning data, provide personalized feedback, and maintain effective communication with parents through parent-teacher conferences, learning reports, and other means, and promote students’ academic progress and all-round development through collaborative efforts.
Actively participate and assist in planning campus Chinese cultural dissemination activities, such as traditional holiday celebrations, calligraphy experiences, poetry recitations, etc., to enhance students’ sense of identity and participation in Chinese culture.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, Chinese, language education, education or Relevant professional background, holding an internationally recognized teaching qualification certificate (such as QTS, PGCE, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA, etc.) is preferred.
Have teaching experience in the Chinese language at the primary school stage of an international or bilingual school, familiar with teaching and evaluation practices in the IB PYP, CCSS or other international curriculum frameworks.
Able to design differentiated teaching plans for students of different language levels, with course development abilities, able to independently write lesson plans, design learning tasks and evaluation tools.
Proficient in the use of modern educational technology to assist teaching, good at improving classroom participation and learning effectiveness through innovative teaching methods, and with good classroom management skills.
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to actively participate in curriculum team cooperation, teacher training and interdisciplinary projects, and support the school's overall teaching development goals.
