Job Title (5) : File Processing Clerk

Vacancy: 1 person

Weekly working days: 6 days

Working hours: * Monday to Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00 (Lunch time: 1:00 - 2:00 pm)

* Work 8 hours a day

* No shift work required

Monthly salary: $17,620 per month (excluding overtime)

Employment period: 24 months

Responsibilities: * Arrange shipping schedules, follow up on orders and delivery; general administrative work, including file archiving, data input, copying, handling mail, etc.; process shipping documents/airfreight documents, customs clearance. (No need to manage subordinates)

Minimum entry requirements: * Secondary three education level, one year of relevant work experience (no skills test required)

Language requirements: * General Cantonese conversation; general Chinese reading and writing

* Familiar with English conversation; Familiar with English reading and writing
