This position is suitable for those with good communication skills and interest in new energy technology.Job Responsibilities:
Provide operation guidance and technical consulting services to electric vehicle owners who have completed charging station installation.
Arrange and conduct online or offline charging station usage training courses.
Answer customer questions about charging device functions, settings, and daily use.
Regularly track customer usage and satisfaction to enhance brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Have good communication and expression skills, and be able to interact with customers in fluent Chinese.
Applicants with basic knowledge of electric vehicles or new energy technologies are preferred.
Applicants with customer service or education and training-related experience will be given priority.
Able to work independently and have good problem-solving skills.
Can be flexible with work hours, including weekend and evening shifts.
