Job Responsibilities:

Tseung Kwan O Lai Sing Estate provides comprehensive training and resources for newcomers, allowing you to quickly grow into a professional real estate agent. You will join one of Hong Kong's top branches, specializing in the real estate market in Tseung Kwan O. Main responsibilities include: participating in a 72-hour crash course training, mastering the exclusive Tseung Kwan O real estate market database; using the "Tseung Kwan O-Tseung Kwan O" cross-regional co-selling system to expand your business scope to Tseung Kwan O, Tseung Kwan O and Yuen Long; regularly participating in "Sneak Peek Day" on Wednesday, visiting the on-site delivery of various large-scale development projects; using the RICA+APP early warning system to obtain owner listing information in real time; and providing professional buying and selling leasing consultation services to customers.

Requirements:

We are seeking young and enthusiastic talents in the real estate industry, especially those born in the 2000s are welcome to join our team. Applicants are required to have good communication skills and service attitude, be willing to learn and accept challenges. Although no relevant experience is required, you need to be proactive and enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds. In addition, basic computer skills and sensitivity to numbers are also necessary. The company will provide you with a comprehensive training plan to help you become a professional real estate broker.
