Care coordinator

<p>Job Description</p><p>We are recruiting a Care coordinator, who will effectively allocate qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, etc.) based on the client's care needs (e.g., elderly care, post-operative recovery, rehabilitation). This role involves recruiting caregivers, close coordination with the care team, managing schedules, handling emergency personnel changes, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will optimize scheduling processes, maintain compliance with care standards, and improve operational efficiency.</p><p>Duties:</p><p>1. According to the client's care needs (such as: elderly care, post-operative care, rehabilitation, etc.), accurately match the qualified nurses, caregivers or caregivers;</p><p>2. Recruit and manage nursing staff to ensure normal delivery of services;</p><p>3. Maintain close communication with the nursing manager, coordinate nursing staff work hours and attendance arrangements;</p><p>4. Use the company's internal dispatching system to review the customer's background and service requirements, ensure that the registered nurse's qualifications meet the service standards, and handle unexpected events such as temporary employee absences, emergency rescheduling, and customer special needs to ensure uninterrupted service;</p><p>5. Assist in the development and optimization of processes, dispatch rules and standard operating procedures (SOP), and improve departmental operating efficiency;</p><p>6. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration, handling dispatch-related inquiries and improving customer satisfaction. </p><p>Qualifications:</p><p></p><p>2. Fluent in Cantonese listening and speaking, able to use the system fluently for work (such as shift scheduling, dispatching platform, etc.), with social service, personnel administration, etc. Relevant work experience is preferred;</p><p></p><p></p><p>PS: Please attach a copy of your ID or a half-body photo along with your CV, thank you</p>
