Project Engineer (Urgent need, Toys)

Our client a global licensing and product solutions agency serving some of the world's most recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee new item development, ensuring smooth execution from design stage to shipment completion.

· Provide technical support, including preparing and compiling necessary project documentation.

· Conduct cost estimation and quotation, identifying cost reduction opportunities and implementing efficiency improvements in production.

· Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of product design and manufacturing processes.

· Analyze estimated vs. actual manufacturing costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to optimize cost management.

Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the consumer retail toy and/or premium industry.

· In-depth knowledge of toy safety regulations (EN71, ASTM) is mandatory.

· Strong project management skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

· Creative, passionate, and possesses a strong market and visual sense.

· Proficient in CAD for product design and development.

· Mature, responsible, and self-motivated, with a high level of reliability.

· Excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

· Travel to China and overseas as required.

· Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Project Engineer role.

· Immediate available is preferred.
