Computer technical support officer (part-time)

• Responsible for the installation, testing, and daily maintenance of the company's computer hardware and peripherals, ensuring system normal operation.
• Provide internal employee technical support to solve desktop system, operating system, and common office software operation problems.
• Assist in managing the company's network environment, including Wi-Fi connections, printer sharing, and remote access, etc. basic settings.
• Regularly check and update your computer system and antivirus software, and implement basic information security protection measures.
• Record technical support cases and processing progress, fill out related service reports and file them for future reference.

Work requirements

• Second 5 or above, currently studying computer/information technology or related fields are preferred.
• Familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems, understand basic network knowledge.
• Have good communication skills, need to have a sense of responsibility and good time management skills.
• Provide flexible work dates/time.
