Duties include:
- Participate in the company's quantum optoelectronics and integrated system R&D project, responsible for the design and implementation of the quantum emission, control and detection platform;
- Design and optimize on-chip quantum devices (waveguides, microcavities, light-emitting centers, couplers, etc.), supporting the generation and control of multiple quantum states;
- Study the hybrid interface technology of light-electricity-superconductivity, and explore low-temperature quantum integration schemes;
- Establish a low-temperature photonic measurement system, realizing fiber/circuit coupling, single-photon detection, and quantum correlation measurements;
- Participate in quantum device characterization, system calibration, patent and paper writing.
Job Requirements
- Quantum information, optics, condensed matter physics, microwave engineering or related professional doctoral degrees;
- Familiar with quantum light-emitting systems, solid-state single-photon sources or on-chip integrated quantum devices;
- Have experience in chip design, preparation or simulation (COMSOL, Lumerical, Sonnet, etc.);
- Familiar with low-temperature systems and quantum measurement;
- Have good programming, data analysis and scientific research expression skills.

Responsibilities
1. Conduct research on quantum optoelectronic and integrated system development, focusing on quantum emission, control, and detection platforms;
2. Design and optimize on-chip quantum devices (waveguides, cavities, emitters, couplers) for generating and manipulating multi-particle quantum states;
3. Explore hybrid electro-optical and superconducting interfaces and cryogenic integration schemes;
4. Build and maintain cryogenic optoelectronic setups for coupling, single-photon detection, and correlation measurements;
5. Participate in quantum device characterization, calibration, and publication of scientific results.
Qualifications
● Ph.D. in Quantum Information, Optics, Condensed Matter Physics, or related fields;
● Experience in solid-state single-photon emitters or integrated quantum devices;
● Proficiency in chip-level design, simulation, or fabrication (COMSOL, Lumerical, Sonnet);
● Familiarity with cryogenic measurement and quantum optical setups;
● Strong programming, data analysis, and scientific communication skills.
