Customer Service Officer (VIP Team) X 2

Job Responsibilities:

• Call existing customers from the hotline center and provide professional and efficient customer service
• Strive to enhance customer satisfaction, answer customer inquiries and handle related issues
• Seize the opportunity to promote company services and product discounts, and help retain customer relationships
• Execute tasks according to established processes and standards to ensure work quality and efficiency
• Follow up on customer needs and feedback in a timely manner, completing the full service process

• Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma, with a good educational background
• Have good computer software application experience, familiar with office software
• Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to handle customer needs with a polite attitude
• Responsibility and team spirit, able to complete tasks within the specified time
• Applicants with customer service or telemarketing experience will be given priority

• Base salary + newcomer bonus + commission = approximately 18,000-22,000
• Working 5 or 5.5 days per week, 8.5 hours per day, and Sunday off
