Experience Designer

• Basic knowledge to whole project production and differentiate material;<br>• At least 2 years or relevant designing experience in residential & commercial sector projects;<br>• Proficient in furniture structural drawings;<br>• Proficient in AutoCAD and Skeptchup. <br>• Photoshop, 3DS Max and Adobe illustrator is an advantage;<br>• Able to work independently and handle multiple design projects;<br>• Good design sense and presentation skills;<br>• Assist in coordination of interior architectural documents with work of consultants and project architects;<br>• Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples;<br>• Well organized, creative, independent, detail minded, responsible and self-motivated.<br>Interested parties please include your current and expected salary in your CV.<br><br><br>• Responsible for meeting with guests, organizing and completing space planning and design work, familiar with construction processes and construction design planning, and understanding decorative materials and construction techniques. <br>• Familiar with painting furniture construction drawings;<br>• Need to process engineering files;<br>• Interior design professional degree, those with at least two years of work experience are preferred;<br>• Familiarity with operations: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3DS Max and Adobe illustrator;<br>• Need to simultaneously handle different design engineering capabilities;<br>• Have independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, creativity, and good communication skills
