<p>Our client, a Public Sector, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:-</strong></p><ul><li>Provide general administrative support, prepare correspondences and reports, and documentation duties for railway projects;</li><li>Co-ordinate between management and in-house resources.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:-</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or equivalent in any discipline;</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative work, preferably in supporting Railway engineering related projects;</li><li>Hands-on experience in software applications such as English and Chinese word processing, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc;</li><li>Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (in particular Putonghua);</li><li>Candidate with less experience will be considered subject to approval by the Employer.</li></ul>
