Customer Service Representative - Renewal Department

Work location: Tseung Kwan O / Mui Wo / Shatin

Working hours: 10:00 - 20:30 (working 5.5 days per week, 6-8 days off per month, Sunday off)

• Call existing customers at the hotline center, provide professional and empathetic customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Proactively introduce company service updates, renewal discounts, and value-added products to eligible customers, thereby increasing renewal rates and customer value
• Process customer inquiries, renewal arrangements, and related administrative procedures according to standard operating procedures, ensuring service quality and compliance
• Accurately record the conversation content and customer response in the system, and follow up in a timely manner on subsequent matters to complete the entire service process
• Support team goals, achieve personal performance indicators, and maintain a high level of service attitude and professional performance

1. Grade Five or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities
2. Need to have more than 2 years of customer service or telesales (telesales) related work experience
3. Familiar with common computer software operations, such as MS Office and internal business systems, and able to quickly learn New systems
4. Clear speech, good communication skills and stress resistance, able to produce steadily within the designated time period
5. Emphasize service details, sense of responsibility, willingness to follow company procedures and actively seize promotion opportunities

• Base salary plus newcomer bonus and commission, monthly total income can reach HKD 18,000 to 28,000
• Enjoy 6-8 days off per month, clear rotating schedule, and Sunday as a fixed rest day
