<p>Project Executive / Project Assistant</p><p>Job Tasks<br />• Supporting to create project / campaigns from proposal stage to executional and reporting stage with the productive work and solutions<br />• Leading the project coordination with the team, vendors, or relevant partners in the pre-set schedule and manage by the time<br />• Drafting proposal based on client’s / teammate’s briefing backed by certain studies, facts, and trends on the market<br />• Being the event host / supporting role to manage all on-site events, set-up, site inspection, or other preparation works<br />• Planning and communicating well with organized paperwork that helps to communicate and push the progress of the project<br />• Fixing problems with advising the best solution always and make things happen<br />• Supporting Luna development e.g. applicable marketing strategies / tools for Luna, project creations, new collaboration ideas etc.<br />Requirements<br />• Enthusiastic in brand marketing, brand activation, and event marketing. Experienced to work with multi-national brands is a plus<br />• Detail-minded, able to work independently with proactively supporting the team<br />• Able to handle marketing, activation campaign and event-related progress, problem-solving<br />• Quick learner so to manage the workflow under multiple projects at the same period and work under a tight schedule<br />• Excellent interpersonal skills. Love to work with people in a good work manner<br />• Fluent English and Cantonese speaking and writing<br />• Good command on writing business proposals through MS PowerPoint, and using MS Excel and MS Word for all document preparations<br />• On-trend or love to study what young market and brand love<br />• Knowledge of PR, influencer marketing, design software is a plus<br />- Fresh Graduate or new to the position will be considered as Project Assistant<br />• Higher experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive<br />Benefits:<br /> * Medical & Hospitality Insurance<br /> * Weekly Work from Home Day</p>
