Asset securitization investment manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the short-term bond project of asset securitization, including due diligence, scheme design, working papers and application materials preparation, etc. of the whole process operation.
2. Coordinate and manage various relationships related to the project, including communication and collaboration between enterprises, intermediary institutions and project teams.
3. Assist in customer relationship maintenance to ensure good interaction and long-term cooperation with customers.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of project plans, ensure the timely and high-quality completion of each stage of the task.
5. Track market dynamics and policy changes, and provide professional advice and support to the company.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, domestic study is preferred; if both bachelor's and master's degrees are from overseas universities, then graduates from QS ranking top 100 universities are preferred.
2. Financial and accounting related professional background, with solid theoretical foundation and practical experience.
3. At least 3 years of experience in securities investment banking or bond trading, those with bond underwriting experience are preferred.
4. Hold a registered accountant's professional qualification, or those with a well-known accounting firm employment history are given priority.
5. Have strong information collection ability, data analysis and integration ability, logical thinking ability and analysis and judgment ability, be familiar with bond business processes and related laws and regulations.
