Assistant Accountant / Accountant

Business:

Electronic components trading company

Job Duties :

1. Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc.
2. Prepare monthly reporting and perform various analyses for business review
3. Assist in the financial forecast on a monthly basis and financial budgeting on a yearly basis
4. Handle daily accounting operations such as preparing and checking voucher transaction etc
5. Handle other ad hoc assignment

Requirement :

1. Degree in accounting
2. At least 3-5 years or above accounting experience
3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
5. Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills
6. Immediately available is preferable
