To act as a service partner to provide operational and clerical HR support to the Shared Service team, including but not limited to data entry and reporting, contract and onboarding material preparation, and relevant support Support and innovate the filing system and database management Participate in supporting and implementing the continuous improvement HR processes requested by supervisors with a positive attitude Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills & Requirements
University graduate in Human Resource Management or related fields A good team player with a positive and eager-to-learn attitude Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing Immediate availability is preferred
