Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of online promotion strategies, enhance brand awareness and influence on the Internet.
2. Plan and participate in film and photography related work, including the production of advertising films and product display films, to attract potential customers.
3. Conduct activity promotion in the store, directly interact with consumers, and promote sales conversion rate.
4. Assist in analyzing market trends and adjusting online and offline marketing plans based on data feedback.
5. Regularly track competitive product dynamics, propose innovative promotion suggestions, and ensure the company's competitive advantage.
Requirements:
1. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to flexibly meet various promotion needs in different scenarios.
2. Familiar with digital marketing tools and platform operation rules, those who have online promotion practical operation experience are preferred.
3. Interested in or experienced in image creation, able to independently complete simple filming, photography and post-processing.
4. Have some retail or storefront service background, understand how to effectively conduct face-to-face customer development.
5. Active thinking, creative planning ability, and quick adaptation to changing market environments.
