<p>What You Do:</p><p>- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.</p><p>- Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities.</p><p>- Monitor and manage credit underwriting processes to minimize default risks.</p><p>- Implement strategies to mitigate portfolio risks and market risks effectively.</p><p>- Oversee operational risk management practices to enhance efficiency and security.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.</p><p>- Lead the Legal & Compliance team to address legal issues and regulatory requirements.</p><p>- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align risk management strategies with business objectives.</p><p>- Provide regular risk reports and updates to the CEO and Executive Committee Members.</p><p>- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in risk management.</p><p>- Develop risk mitigation strategies for new products or business initiatives.</p><p>- Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the organization's resilience to adverse events.</p><p>- Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.</p><p>- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other relevant parties.</p><p>- Lead the response to risk incidents and crises effectively.</p><p></p><p>What You Need to Have: </p><p>- Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk leadership roles within the financial services, eCommerce, or banking industries. </p><p>- Strong understanding of credit underwriting processes and risk management principles. </p><p>- Proven track record in developing and implementing risk management strategies. </p><p>- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. </p><p>- Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English languages; Cantonese proficiency is a plus. </p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </p><p>- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. </p><p>- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. </p><p>- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills. </p><p>- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. </p><p>- Experience in managing legal and compliance functions. </p><p>- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies. </p><p>- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. </p><p>- Strong ethics and integrity in handling sensitive information. </p><p>- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in risk management, finance, or a related field.</p><p></p>
