IT Officer

<p><strong>job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Handle computer hardware & software installation and email system administration, manage antivirus protection;</li><li>Implement, monitor, and manage IT security measures for system, network and data protection from potential threats and breaches;</li><li>Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, equipment and solutions to improve efficiency, productivity and/or IT security;</li><li>Maintain & update all IT licenses and proper technical documentation;</li><li>Provide outdoor IT support to the Shops; and</li><li>Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience related to IT administration, support and troubleshooting;</li><li>Technical knowledge in computer hardware, software, operating systems and network, cybersecurity, security frameworks and best practices;</li><li>Good problem-solving & communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently.</li><li>Able to keep up with the latest technology trends</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Chinese Word processing and online meeting applications.</li></ul><p>Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
