We are dedicated to translating pioneering academic research into exceptional products that meet the rigorous demands of the market.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong><br>We are seeking a highly accomplished and research-driven Senior Hardware Engineer with deep expertise in RF Power Amplifiers. You will be a core member of our technical team, responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge RF circuits and systems. This role is critical to driving our technology leadership strategy in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will plan and execute next-generation, high-performance RF product solutions in a challenging and rewarding environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the architecture design, circuit simulation, schematic creation, and PCB layout guidance for RF Power Amplifiers (PAs).</li><li>Oversee the prototyping, debugging, testing, and validation of RF PAs to ensure industry-leading performance, linearity, and efficiency.</li><li>Conduct in-depth analysis of test data and troubleshoot complex issues during design and development.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive design documentation, test reports, and technical white papers.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Software, Mechanical, Production) to ensure smooth product transition from design to mass production.</li><li>Plan and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>A Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Microwave/RF Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory.</li><li>A strong research background focused on RF Power Amplifier design, demonstrated by a track record of high-impact publications in the field (e.g., in top-tier IEEE journals or conferences). A list of publications must be provided with the application.</li><li>Proficiency with at least one major RF simulation tool (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST).</li><li>Hands-on experience with RF circuit testing and debugging, and proficiency in using equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, and Signal Generators.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct independent research and lead technical projects.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, and excellent project planning and time management skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English.</li></ul>
