Clinic Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and high-quality customer service experience

• Responsible for the daily operation of the medical center, including handling patient inquiries, appointments, registration, reception, and dispensing medication

• Actively assist doctors in the diagnosis process

• Handle all follow-up matters after customers' consultations

• Process and apply for government funding for service plans

• Keep the medical center clean and hygienic and maintain medical equipment

• General office work

Position requirements

• Grade Seven / DSE qualification, with a preference for those with a college degree or above

• Medical center and drug dispensing experience required

• Customer service work experience is preferred

• Fluent Cantonese, with English and Mandarin communication skills

• Politeness, sense of responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for work

• Understand basic computer operations, including Excel and Word

• Working 44 hours per week, rotating shifts and breaks
