Web3 Fullstack Engineer

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DeFi apps based on Web3 tech stacks
• Implement new protocol features in Solidity and integrate with existing DeFi apps
• Envision and develop features to help grow products
• Structure comprehensive analytics on user behaviour and money flows
• Maintain quality and reliability of the web and backbone services
• Enthusiastically collaborate with a small team to plan projects at the task level
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on all aspects of product development
• Identify and advocate for team-wide areas of improvement and best practices
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering
• Degree in CS or equivalent experience
• Proficient in popular frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, and related state management tools)
• Familiar with Node.js and Express.js API development
• Experience with EVM smart contract development (preferably Solidity/Foundry framework) and basic knowledge of implementation patterns and gas optimization
• Possesses exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset
• Understands engineering best practices such as continuous integration
• Ability to work in areas outside of your comfort zone and be motivated by personal growth
• Be able to work autonomously
• The candidate should be driven and innovative
• English: Fluent
  

Bonus

• Familiar with Truffle, Foundry, and Hardhat, and the pros and cons of each framework
• Understanding and experience in analyzing on-chain transactional activity, such as pool swaps and peer-to-peer settlement protocols
• Knowledge about the inner workings of the EVM
• Experience in building and running bots that interact with smart contracts on Ethereum
• Knowledge about Ethereum Client & Node software
