High-end store sales (airport store)

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers, deeply understand their needs, provide professional and targeted product recommendations, and continuously achieve personal and store sales targets;

• Provide high-quality pre-sales consultation and post-sales support, properly handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns, and build long-term trust and loyalty;

• Assist and guide junior sales colleagues, share sales experience and service skills, and cooperate with the store manager to implement operating strategies, promotional activities and brand promotion plans;

• Education is not limited, secondary five or above is preferred; those with retail or customer service experience are welcome to apply, those with airport, luxury goods, cosmetics, watches or international brand sales experience are given priority;

• Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate daily in basic Mandarin and English; basic computer skills, familiar with POS systems and common office software;

• Have proactive and positive work attitude, high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, excellent interpersonal communication skills, persuasion and on-the-spot problem-solving abilities;

• Kind and polite, attention to details, strong service awareness, and good team spirit, willing to support colleagues and work together to achieve team goals;

• Must accept shift arrangements, working hours are from 06:30 to 24:00 daily, covering Monday to Friday, and actual shifts will be scheduled according to operational needs.

• Generous salary (monthly salary range: HKD 20,000 - 25,000, negotiable), including base salary + commission / performance bonus;
