Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development of our Data products within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Data initiatives aligned with business goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and engineers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform ongoing development and improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and AI to drive innovation.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics field for an MNC/2C business

• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies related to the financial service/insurance industry.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable product features.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
