Job Responsibilities

Assist the building engineer in on-site investigation, measurement and construction supervision to ensure that the progress of the project is consistent with the design drawings.
Organize and archive engineering files, including construction drawings, change orders, meeting minutes, inspection reports, etc., and submit relevant progress data on time.
Participate in site meetings, record meeting highlights and follow-up tasks, and co-ordinate and promote cross-departmental communication and co-ordination (such as contractors, consulting companies, and owner representatives).
Assist in preparing tender documents, engineering valuation data and contract management support work, including checking material specifications, bill of materials and payment application documents.
Perform simple CAD drawing or modification according to requirements, basic BIM model operation support, and use MS Office to complete daily word processing and data integration tasks.

Work requirements

Have a bachelor's degree, associate degree, or higher diploma in civil engineering, architecture, construction, or related fields; fresh graduates may also apply.
Familiar with basic building regulations, construction processes and common building materials; those with relevant internship experience from the Hong Kong Housing Authority or Building Authority are preferred.
Able to operate AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with BIM foundation knowledge (such as Revit) or GIS application experience as a plus.
Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese, be able to write clear engineering reports and communicate with different stakeholders; understanding Cantonese is a must, and basic English reading and writing abilities are recommended.
