Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the private club, including welcoming members and guests, providing high-quality customer service.
Assist in arranging various activities, banquets and private gatherings within the club, ensure smooth event flow and meet members’ expectations.
Maintain the neatness and order of various areas within the club (such as the banquet hall, restaurant, etc.), ensuring a comfortable and elegant environment.
Provide dining services according to member needs, including ordering, serving, alcohol and water service, and related table manners support.

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, with good writing and speaking skills in Chinese, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, and those who understand English are preferred.
One or more years of relevant service industry experience, those with private clubs, hotels or high-end dining service experience are especially preferred.
Attitude sincere and polite, attention to details, with good service awareness and response ability.
Able to adapt to shift work, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.
Team player, able to maintain professional performance under high pressure.
