[Job Responsibilities]

1. Transaction maintenance and monitoring: Responsible for the full process monitoring of the trading program before, during and after the trading, ensuring the stable operation of the automated trading system. It can quickly and correctly respond to sudden situations such as trading interruptions and abnormal orders, ensuring smooth transactions.
2. Post-trading analysis (PTA) and optimization: Daily post-trading transaction analysis, write transaction reports, and communicate with the investment and research team about daily performance. Through data analysis, we can sort out the trading process and provide decision support for optimizing execution effects and improving fund utilization efficiency under controllable risks.
3. Strategy support and testing: Assist the investment and research team in conducting real-time testing and parameter optimization of new strategies and products. Participate in the model backtesting and parameter adjustment of some strategies, and smoothly transition research results to the real market.

[Job Requirements]

1. Technical skills: Proficient in Linux operating system, and with at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Matlab, R or C++. Have good data structures and algorithmic foundations, and be able to write tool scripts to enhance efficiency.
2. Market knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets, familiar with the trading rules of overseas futures/options and other derivative markets. Strong interest in algorithmic trading, sensitive to numbers and profits and losses, and strong risk awareness.
3. Working characteristics: Able to adapt to the work rhythm of the trading period, with excellent multi-task processing ability, stress resistance ability and rigor. Quick reaction, strong discipline, and emphasis on team collaboration. English can be used as a working language.
