Prepare regular report using excel function, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Provide quality customers services
Perform reception duties including answering telephone calls and client greeting
Provide full spectrum of office administrative support
Provide logistics support and shipping arrangement
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder
Minimum 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience in the reception or customer services function, preferably in sizable organization or MNC or Airline or Hotelor Luxury brand or banking
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Strong Computer skill such as Excel
