Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily file processing, sorting and archiving, ensuring a clear and orderly document system for easy retrieval and management.

  • Assist in coordinating and arranging internal meetings, including meeting room reservations, equipment preparation, meeting materials printing, and post-meeting minutes organization.

  • Regularly organize and update the company's internal database and basic operating data to maintain information accuracy and timeliness.

  • Support department daily administrative and logistics affairs, covering mail receipt and delivery, reception of visitors, office supplies management and cross-departmental coordination, etc.

  • Handle temporary administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor, with flexible and adaptive abilities to meet the business operation requirements.

Work requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or above, those with a college degree are given priority; fresh graduates and those seeking a career change are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common office software, with basic computer operations and data input abilities.

  • Chinese reading and writing are fluent, able to independently write and proofread general administrative documents; those with basic English reading and writing abilities are even better.

  • Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to maintain professional interaction with colleagues from different departments and external parties, and adapt to a friendly and vibrant team culture.
