Job Responsibilities

• According to the requirements of the organizing committee or the customer, complete high-quality image material collection within the specified time, ensure professional composition, accurate exposure, and true color reproduction;

• Flexible scheduling of shooting rhythm according to exhibition progress, providing on-demand support for multiple concurrent exhibitions during the exhibition period, with independent operation and rapid response capabilities;

• Appropriately participate in pre-show briefings and post-show reviews, collaborate with planning, public relations and design colleagues, and provide visual angle suggestions to enhance communication effects.

• Familiar with digital single-lens reflex or mirrorless camera operations, understand aperture, shutter, ISO and white balance, etc. basic exposure control, and be able to output clear images stably in different exhibition hall light environments (such as uneven lighting, strong reflection display stand)

• Have basic awareness of image composition and visual storytelling, and be able to capture key information and the atmosphere of the exhibition through the lens, balancing documentary and aesthetic expression;

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to coordinate effectively with local and overseas exhibitors, staff in Mandarin and basic English;

• Can cooperate with the exhibition period to flexibly arrange workdays, with the company notifying 3 days in advance, confirming the work date, accepting the work time from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and being able to adapt to the long-term walking and outdoor shooting needs in the indoor exhibition hall;

• Holding valid Hong Kong residency qualifications, meet one of the following: Hong Kong permanent resident identity, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa, or other legal visa approved for part-time work in Hong Kong.

• Our company has equipment that you do not need to bring your own

• Hourly wage guarantee of HKD 110 to 130, calculated based on actual working hours, can accumulate stable part-time income during peak periods;

• According to actual field work needs, transportation allowance will be issued to cover the public transportation expenses between Hong Kong and the conference and exhibition center;
