Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overseas position recruitment, according to the company's business needs, formulate and implement recruitment plans to ensure the achievement of recruitment targets.
3. Responsible for conducting research and analysis on and implementing salary and benefits, holidays, etc. policies in the team's country to ensure the compliance and integrity of employees' rights and provide professional policy advice. 4. Collaborate closely with HRBP and business departments to maintain good employee relations, enhance employee participation and satisfaction through regular communication and feedback, and actively solve employees’ questions and demands.
Requirements: 1. Familiar with the labor laws and regulations of Southeast Asian countries, ensure the legality of overseas employment, understand the cultural differences, and have experience in handling complex compliance issues. 2. Have overseas business trip or project management experience, and be able to independently handle multiple country dispatch processes. 3. Have fluent English skills, which can be used as a daily working language, and be able to communicate smoothly with multinational teams and employees of all levels. 4. Have good communication skills, pay attention to details, and have strong execution ability.
