Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and drivenresults-oriented Business Development & Brand Manager/Associate to join our team. This role will focus on brand management, marketing strategies, and distributorship development. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual professional fluent in both Chinese and English, with a strong passion for driving business growth and enhancing brand presence in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management:
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market.
Monitor brand performance and implement adjustments to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
2. Marketing:
Design and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and brand strategies.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and execution.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
3. Distributorship Development:
Identify and develop relationships with potential distributors and partners to expand market reach.
Conduct assessments of existing distribution channels and recommend improvements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
4. Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
5. Reports & Presentation:
Prepare regular reports on brand performance, market developments, and progress on distribution initiatives.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and internal teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, brand management, or marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in distributorship development and managing relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
