Clinic Assistant

Responsible for reception and registration of patient information

According to the need to arrange patient appointments and follow-up visits

Handling clinic phone calls and Whatsapp inquiries

Assist doctors in their work

Execute other related duties as needed

Secondary School Graduation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Careful and patient, able to complete work independently and efficiently

Fluent Cantonese and Chinese writing skills, basic English is especially good

Familiar with medical administrative procedures and MS Office software
