Artificial Intelligence Development Engineer

<p>[Job Responsibilities]<br>1. Responsible for writing backend core code and developing and writing backend services;<br>2. According to project requirements, write and optimize Prompts to improve the performance and effectiveness of the AI system;<br>3. Keep up with the industry NLP, Chat Generative Pre-trainedTransformer, large model technology, solve content text intelligent maintenance problems for different application scenarios of base stations;<br>4. Apply machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc. GPT.RLHF algorithm, build GPT training framework;<br>5. Continuously follow up on the latest developments in the AI field, learn and master new technologies, and bring innovative thinking to the team.<br>[Job Requirements]<br>1. Computer science or related fields, with at least 2 years of actual backend development experience. Filled with familiarity for A1, and passionate about continuously researching new AI gameplay and tools; 2. Familiar with Langchain, RAG, Transformer, NLP, large model LLM, and RLHF priority;<br>3. Familiar with Http, RESTFUL standards and common data structures, with good coding conventions;<br>4. Will use Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc. models, with local deployment capability;<br>5. Familiar with the CHATGPT+ concept, familiar with the use of relational databases such as MYSQL, Sqlserver, those with Redis, Mongodb usage experience are preferred;</p> <p>6. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong self-motivation, and strong communication skills.</p> <p>Due to platform system settings, the salary range for this position is (20K-40K) as a reference, and will be determined based on the interview results.</p>
