Quantity Surveyor (MVAC/P&D)

Responsibilities:

• To prepare tender submission and subletting works. (Mainly Focus)

• Regular progress checking on work-done, Variation, etc.

• Measurements for Variations, cost estimation, abortive works, etc.

• To prepare quotations on Variations, cost estimation, abortive works, etc.

• To prepare payment applications.

• To process Sub-Contractor’s payment / claims assessments.

• Q.S. Documentation, to ensure all necessary site records are property documented when used in application or assessments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Knowledge in Building Services & MVAC/E&M is preferable.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with tendering experience in MVAC/E&M.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
