Analyst Programmer (OutSystems or Power Platform Development)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic and innovative IT team. As a OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will primarily focus on designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop and configure OutSystems or Power Apps applications to support data entry and user interactions based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy OutSystems or Power Automate workflows and automation solutions
• Perform data integration and manipulation tasks using connectors.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of OutSystems or Power Platform solutions.
• Support and enable citizen development in other business units.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
• Maintain documentation of solutions, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• High-Level Diploma/Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of proven experience as a OutSystems or Microsoft Power Platform Developer with demonstrable experience.
• Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data integration techniques, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
