Content partnership manager, SEA market development

<p>Job requirements</p><p>l Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields. </p><p>University degree or above, majoring in business, marketing, media or related fields.</p><p>l Minimum 3 years in content distribution, partnership management, or digital media operations, with proven experience in Southeast Asia markets.</p><p>At least three years of content distribution, partner management or digital media operations experience, with Southeast Asian market performance.</p><p>l Demonstrated ability to develop dubbing studios and MCN resources from 0-1, including: </p><p>- Deep understanding of YouTube/short-form video ecosystems, IP licensing, and SEA content trends. </p><p>- Expertise in negotiating win-win agreements using data-driven cases (e.g., ROI calculations), formulating revenue-sharing models.</p><p>- Establishing performance supervision mechanisms for partners. Analytical skills to track partnership performance and optimize growth. </p><p>- Fluency in Mandarin and English; Willingness to travel within SEA. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Have the ability to expand from scratch a dubbing studio and MCN resources, including:</p><p>- Deep understanding of YouTube/short video ecology, IP licensing, and Southeast Asian content trends.</p><p></p><p>- Establish a partnership performance monitoring mechanism with data analysis capabilities, track partnership performance and optimize growth.</p><p>- Mandarin and English fluency, able to accompany Southeast Asian regional trips</p><p></p><p>Three. Priority Given To Candidates With: Priority will be given to candidates who meet the following conditions:</p><p>l >2 years in content distribution or international distribution experience at mainland Chinese platforms (Tencent, Youku, Mango TV, Jiangsu Satellite TV).</p><p>Two years of content distribution experience, or with Chinese mainland platforms (Tencent, Youku, Mango TV, Jiangsu Satellite TV, etc.) International distribution experience.</p><p>l Work experience at top mainland short-drama platforms (e.g.Dramabox, Reelshort).</p><p>With China's top short drama platform (such as Dramabox, Reelshort) work experience.</p><p>l Strong network with creators, MCNs, and studios across SEA. </p><p>Southeast Asia has a network of creators, MCNs, and studios.</p><p>l SEAlanguagesare a plus.</p><p>Mastering one or more Southeast Asian languages is especially recommended</p><p>​</p><p></p><p></p><p>Four.
