Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing customer business delivery, supporting Hong Kong's regional performance goals;
2. Maintain good relationships with existing customers, continuously obtain human resources outsourcing orders, and promote internal execution. At the same time, explore new opportunities and directions;
3. Personnel management, business order processing, and customer voice handling of the business team under your jurisdiction;
4. Discover and break through potential customers, establish cooperative relationships, and conduct business cooperation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, clear thinking, smooth communication, patient customer communication and other related work;
2. Familiar with outsourcing personnel management process, those who have outsourcing team management or work experience are preferred, those who have recruitment/employee relations and other relevant work experience are better;
3. Good Chinese, English and Cantonese expression ability;
4. Have strong team management skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution and promotion ability, and a certain level of stress resistance, effectively promoting cross-departmental collaboration;
5. Candidates with large customer service experience are preferred;
