1. Provide daily IT support, solve employees’ software and hardware problems.
2. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the company's computers, network devices, printers, etc.
3. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal software systems and IT infrastructure.
4. Collaborate on IT equipment procurement, configuration and update work.
5. Provide technical support and training to ensure employees can use various IT tools efficiently.
6. Process and follow up IT support requests, record and manage the technical issue resolution process.
7. Ensure company network and device security, regularly conduct security checks and backups.
Job Requirements:
1. Secondary school education or above, computer science or related fields are preferred.
2. At least 1 year of IT support-related work experience.
4. Have strong communication skills and team spirit.
5. Have IT certifications (such as CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are given priority.
6. English communication skills are preferred.
