Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and seat guests in a polite manner

-Provide a menu and detailed introduction to menu items

-Record customer orders

-Serve food to guests

-Create a friendly atmosphere by chatting with customers

-Ensure the desktop is clean and ready for new guests

-Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues that arise

-Understand current menu items and special recommendations

Requirements:

-Able to communicate in standard Cantonese, basic English, and basic Mandarin

-1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage or hotel industry

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Able to communicate with customers while maintaining service efficiency

-Pay attention to details and have a positive attitude
