Settlement /Remittance Officer

<p>Responsibilities</p><p>1.Develop payment operation procedures including Remittance, SWIFT, CHATS, FPS inward/outward payments, FPS eDDA.</p><p>2.Handle and respond to inquiries / requests from internal / external partners, customers, on transaction processing and related matters</p><p>3.Handle general clerical tasks, such as reconciling of work done, filing, etc</p><p>4.Adhere and comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, MAS, etc pertaining to the operations</p><p>5.Handle ad hoc duties as assigned</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p>1.Degree holder or above with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with settlement / payment processing experience</p><p>2.Knowledge and experience of banking operations and remittance processing</p><p>3.Knowledge and experience of SWIFT and FPS operations</p><p>4.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure</p><p>5.Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua</p><p>Position: Settlement / Remittance Officer<br>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design and optimize payment operations, including remittances, SWIFT, CHATS, FPS inward and outward account processing and FPS eDDA-related matters</li><li>Handling and responding to inquiries and requests from internal/external partners and customers regarding transaction processing and related matters</li><li>Execute daily administrative work, such as verifying completed tasks, file archiving, etc.</li><li>Strictly comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirements of banks and relevant supervisory institutions such as the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), etc.</li><li>Complete other temporary tasks assigned by your supervisor</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, those with settlement or payment processing experience are preferred</li><li>Familiarity with bank operations and remittance processing procedures</li><li>Have knowledge and practical experience in SWIFT and FPS operations</li><li>Have good interpersonal communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure</li><li>Proficient in writing and speaking English, Chinese, and Mandarin</li></ul>
