Job Responsibilities: This position is for a probationary real estate salesperson/licensee. The main responsibilities include contacting customers, understanding their needs, leading them to visit real estate projects, and signing contracts with them. We adopt a new method to carry out real estate business, which is professional and does not require cold calling, fishing or fighting, nor does it require exposure to the sun and rain. In addition, we provide on-the-job training and newcomer licensing class (free of charge) to allow employees to grow in a professional environment. Work requirements: We recruit inexperienced people without restrictions, but we hope applicants meet the following conditions: able to write in Chinese, fluent in Cantonese, and able to understand Mandarin is better; patient, able to communicate well with customers; dedicated and sincere; and 18 years old or above, including new immigrants, job transfer, DSE graduates, etc. can apply.
