Role Overview

Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events to attract and engage target audiences, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities that support effective event strategies.
Design and implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance attendee experience and increase satisfaction during events.
Collaborate with team members across departments to align marketing goals and ensure cohesive event delivery.
Collect and analyze post-event feedback to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.

Work Requirements

Demonstrate strong ambition and a proactive attitude toward taking on challenges and contributing meaningfully to marketing outcomes.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Show a genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work effectively within a team, demonstrating cooperation, reliability, and respect for diverse perspectives.
Have foundational knowledge of event marketing, promotional strategies, or related fields; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Earned or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
Cantonese fluency is preferred due to local audience engagement needs.
Available to work 3 to 4 days per week with flexibility to support events during evenings or weekends as required.
