Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handles residents' inquiries at the front desk.

• Responsible for "Shroff" duties and preparing relevant reports.

• Performs general property management and clerical duties.

• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Complete secondary education or above;

• Service-oriented and preferably with customer service experience;

• Need to have basic account knowledge and able to collect rent

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Chinese word processing;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Being immediately available is an advantage

• Preferred immediately available

Regular working hours 0845-1800
