Senior merchandiser/Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Over 5 years of Merchandising/Sourcing experience in OEM/ODM kitchenware.
• Willingness to travel regularly on business trips within China and other countries at short notice, with the ability to source vendors independently.
• Take responsibility for household sourcing, quotation, sample development, and following up on orders until shipments.
• Independently liaise with overseas clients and factories.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices with factories.
• Previous experience gained from a factory is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
• Reach sales targets through effective merchandising and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively engage in business development activities and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent kitchenware product knowledge.
• Strong in price negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A team player who is meticulous and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and achieve favorable terms and pricing.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets in the household industry.
