We are a dynamic import-export trading and cross-border e-commerce company with operations in mainland China and Hong Kong, seeking a dedicated assistant to support the General Manager in various administrative, financial, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist the General Manager in managing daily administrative, financial, and business operations.
• Execute tasks efficiently according to the General Manager’s instructions.
• Handle communications and coordination with colleagues in mainland China and manage all affairs related to the Hong Kong company.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using tools like Excel and Numbers.
• Support in learning and adapting to new processes or tools as needed.
Requirements:• Efficient and quick-thinking, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer office software, especially Excel and Numbers.
• Eager to learn new things and adaptable to changing environments.
• Proficient in English for daily reading and writing.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented in work, without being overly picky.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Putonghua) for frequent communication with mainland colleagues.
• Fluent in Cantonese to handle all Hong Kong company matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
