Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for finding sales-type enterprises with annual sales exceeding 500 million US dollars, with a focus on evaluating their business model, financial condition, and growth potential
- Lead and cooperate with European Factoring Capital on a project, plan and implement funding utilization schemes, and improve asset allocation efficiency
- Expand investment opportunities in the food and beverage industry, including but not limited to the acquisition of equity and capital operations of chain restaurants
- Layout fresh supermarket field, screen target enterprises with regional advantages or innovative operating modes for equity investment
- Coordinate the full process of investment projects, covering pre-investment research, due diligence, transaction structure design, and post-investment supervision
Work requirements
- More than 8 years of investment, acquisition or private equity investment-related work experience, those with successful cross-border capital operation cases are preferred
- Familiar with factoring capital operation mechanism, understand the European financial market and compliance requirements, and have international resource integration ability
- With extensive experience in consumer goods, retail or food and beverage industry investments, we can accurately identify high-growth companies
- Have excellent financial analysis skills, be able to independently complete valuation modeling, risk assessment and return calculation
