About Dr.stretch:
Main responsibilities:
•Enter all types of daily expenses (including receipts, invoices, electronic invoices, etc.) accurately into the Excel financial system and classify them according to the predetermined category and numbering rules
•Organize and archive all physical and electronic documents, and file them by month for future reference
•Regularly check daily sales and stretching service hours provided by coaches to ensure consistency with operational system data
Requirements:
•Have basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (diploma level or above, or equivalent work experience)
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•Able to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and good professional ethics
Work schedule:
•Job Type: Part-time
•Working hours: Initially about 30 to 40 hours per month, and about 20 to 30 hours per month after stabilization; flexible time, remote work can be arranged
•Reporting Object: Directly report to the company director
