<p><strong>Job Descriptions:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices;</li><li>Perform regular system and security updates to ensure optimal performance and protection;</li><li>Conduct data backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures;</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues;</li><li>Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related problems;</li><li>Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software; and</li><li>Assist with other routine IT tasks as assigned by the Department Head.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role;</li><li>Familiarity with backup solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and IT troubleshooting;</li><li>Basic understanding of hardware maintenance (PCs, printers, networking devices);</li></ul>
